You may return the article to one of our stores or via the regular post. (See ‘How do I return a product?’). On the return form, indicate that you would like to exchange the article.
If you are returning the article per post, we will exchange the article as soon as we receive your package, as long as the size and colour you requested are still available. If the article you have selected is no longer available, we will begin the refund process. You will receive an e-mail confirming this.
Please take into account that exchanges can take up to 14 days.
You may also stop by one of our stores to exchange your article. If you want to be sure that the article you want is still in stock, you can place a new order at www.asadventure.com and select pick-up in an A.S.Adventure store. This way, you can pick up your new article and return the old one at the cash register in the store. Then you will immediately receive a refund for your old order.
In the case of exchanges, we cannot ask our stores to reserve a specific product for you or to set it aside for you in our warehouse.
If you do not want to pay again for an order, then you can return the product to any A.S.Adventure store, and an employee at the store will place a new order for you. The amount you already paid will then be credited to you at the cash register and can immediately be applied toward your new order. You can then choose home delivery or delivery to a Bpost pick-up point or to the store.
