When's the best time to have my gear serviced?
Ideally, right after your ski holiday. That way, any scratches can be repaired, and the wax layer is refreshed - meaningrust doesn’t stand a chance. You can then store your equipment with peace of mind, preferably somewhere cool, dark and dry.
Didn't book any maintenance after your last winter sports adventure? No worries. Just schedule it 'one holiday in advance' of your next trip. Earlier is always fine too, of course, but if you wait longer there’s a risk your skis or snowboard might not be ready in time.

Your winter sports clothing deserves professional care too - that's where our in-house laundry service comes in. We clean and "reproof" your clothing with the greatest care, so it's ready for many more adventures (and years) to come. Ski jackets and trousers, down jackets and even full one-piece suits are in good hands with us.
So what exactly happens during a service like this? Our experts at the laundry workshop thoroughly clean your clothing, then restore its water-repellent properties - a process called re-impregnation or reproofing. Over time, the outer layer of your winter sports outfit wears down. Re-impregnation restores the water-repellency and breathability of the fabric.

A staff member will help you choose the right service package.

Your gear is sent to the Snow Studio and/or laundry workshop for servicing.
