What is Explore More?
Explore More is A.S.Adventure's advantage card. Explore More cardholders enjoy several advantages in local stores and on the webshop. They also receive the A.S.Adventure newsletter in their mailbox. Explore More cardholders are entitled to reductions on purchases at regular intervals. When you log in as an Explore More member, you'll see the applicable member prices. Please note: Explore More discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.

How can I become an Explore More member?
You can request an Explore More card in one of our stores, or you can register online via: https://www.asadventure.com/en/asa/explore-more.html
Will my personal details be disclosed to third parties?
Your details will only be disclosed or sent to carefully selected companies with your permission. Take a look at our Privacy Policy.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on 'Forgot password', enter your e-mail address then click on 'Send'. We'll send a link to your registered e-mail address. You can use this link to set a new password.
This isn't possible if you made a temporary account when ordering. Only customers who created a full profile in advance on the webshop can log in afterwards.
I don’t have a password
You have placed an order with us in the past but have not created an account yet? In that case, you can create a password by requesting a new password via ‘log in’. We will send an e-mail to your e-mail address containing a link to create a password. You can complete your customer details via your account.
How do I change my personal details?
Click on ‘Account’ and log in with your current e-mail address and password. This will give you access to your personal details. Now you can make changes under ‘profile details‘. Don't forget to save the changes.
Please note: you cannot make changes for orders that have already been placed. To make changes for orders that have already been placed, contact us via team@asadventure.com.
As a member of VAB, Natuurpunt and KBF I am eligible for a discount at A.S.Adventure. Does this discount also apply to online purchases?
If the discount is linked to your Explore More card, you only have to log in with this card's details. The discount will be displayed in your basket.
If your discount was not linked to your card, this can be fixed in one of our stores or you can mail a copy of your membership card to team@asadventure.com together with the number of your Explore More card and your e-mail address. We will link the discount to your account.
Purchases
Where can I find a summary of my purchases?
Please log into the webshop and go to ‘Welcome... ’ on the left sidebar. You can find a summary of all your purchases under the tab ‘My purchases’. This list covers both online purchases and purchases in our A.S.Adventure stores. It also includes return documents and invoices of your online purchases.
I didn't log in with my Explore More details before placing my order. Can I still have my online purchases registered on the card?
We cannot register products on your card after making a purchase. Be sure to log in with the e-mail address that is linked to your Explore More card.
If you placed an order in our webshop with the e-mail address that is linked to your account, the purchase will automatically be registered on your Explore More card.
I have two or more Explore More cards/accounts. Can I combine them?
You can combine different Explore More cards into one card so that all your purchases are bundled. You can do this at one of our stores or via team@asadventure.com.
