Do you have any clothes lying around that you or your kids no longer fit into, or that no longer match your style? Or perhaps a backpack, duffel bag or baby carrier gathering dust somewhere, even though it's still in great condition?
Together, we can give your clothes and gear a second life. Drop them off in one of our stores and receive a voucher for each item that meets our quality standards. Good to know: we only sell and buy selected brands.
Here’s how it works
Step 1
Bring your clothes or gear to any A.S.Adventure store.
Note: only from selected brands, and maximum 10 items per day.
Step 2
After a quality check, you will find out on the spot whether your items meet our conditions.
Step 3
For every accepted item, you immediately get a voucher! Anything else can go in our textile box, or be taken back home.

What we accept: do the quick check
No worn-out gear here. We want everyone who shops second-hand to be happy with their new find. Therefore, we only accept clothing and gear of specific brands and of high quality. What exactly does that mean? Here are the most important conditions:
• The item must be dry and clean.
• It must be in good condition: no holes, broken zips, missing buttons, discolouration, loose seams, missing cords, signs of wear, pilling...
• All original inner labels must still be present: from the label with the washing instructions to the label of the brand itself.
• Personalised items (printed or embroidered) do not qualify for Second Life.
If your item meets these conditions and is approved by our staff, you'll get a shopping voucher added to your Explore More account right away. Not a member yet? We'll create one for you at the till - it's quick and free.
Couldn't trade in your gear for a voucher? No problem – just drop it off in our textile box instead.
FAQs
That really doesn’t matter.The most important thing is that the item is in a good condition and clean. Please note: we do not accept just any brand. So be sure to check the list of selected brands and read the full terms and conditions carefully.
As an adult, you will (soon!) find second-hand outdoor and winter sportswear in our range. For now, the selection includes long trousers, jackets and fleece jumpers. For children, second-hand jackets and fleece jumpers are already available.
Backpacks in different sizes, duffel bags and baby carriers will soon be available in selected stores. Keep an eye on our social media or this page to be the first to find out where to shop for them!
You will find clothes for children aged 4 to 16 (size 104 to 176) in our range. Please note that the selection varies constantly and is unique per store, so we cannot guarantee that every size will always be available.
For each item (i.e. that meets our conditions), you'll receive a shopping voucher. The amount depends on several criteria, such as the brand - scroll up to see the full breakdown. The total value will appear immediately on your Explore More account and is valid for one year. You use it in store or online - it will automatically appear in your basket.
Yes! The value of your accepted item(s) will be instantly available in your Explore More account. So feel free to browse around the store after handing over your item(s), or simply shop online later. The voucher is not valid on gift vouchers and remains valid for one year. You can also use it to buy something from our second-hand range. That way, you keep the circle going - from pre-loved to re-loved. Awesome!
You can bring in up to 10 items (clothing and/or gear) per day and per Explore More account. Don't have an account yet? No problem - we'll create one for you on the spot. Oh, and you can go into any A.S.Adventure store to hand something in! Be sure to check the terms and conditions in advance and check whether your brand(s) are on our list of selected brands.
We currently only sell second-hand kids' clothing from the brands listed on this page.
You can already bring in clothes in exchange for a voucher - just make sure it meets the conditions. Starting autumn 2025, we will be adding second-hand clothing for adults to our Second Life range in stores. Keep an eye on our channels, to be continued!

Quite strict, and for good reason. We want everyone who shops second-hand to be happy with their new find. That's why we only accept clothing and equipment of selected brands and of high quality. What exactly does that mean? Here's a quick checklist of the most important conditions:
• The item must be dry and clean.
• It must be in good condition: no holes, broken zips, missing buttons, discolouration, loose seams, missing ties, signs of wear, pilling...
• All original inner labels must still be present: from the label with the washing instructions to the label of the brand itself.
• Personalised items (with sponsor printing, for example) do not qualify for Second Life. A name on an inside label is fine though.
• For children's clothing, we accept sizes 104 to 176 (4 to 16 years). Adults can bring in clothes from size XS to XXL.
• We only accept clothing and equipment from selected top brands.
The waterproof properties of any jacket will wear off over time. So we cannot guarantee that the jacket will be perfectly waterproof, but we do have the necessary products in store to help restore its protection. Because whether a jacket is new or second-hand: regular care is always necessary!
Tip: Use Nikwax or Grangers to revive the waterproof qualities of any type of outdoor clothing (or footwear!).
Absolutely! You can buy anything from our Second Life range with eco vouchers, as it's a conscious choice that supports the circular economy. Nice one!
Yes, of course! But you'll need an Explore More account to receive your voucher. No worries though - we can easily create an account for you on the spot. You’ll immediately become a member of Belgium's most adventurous community!
