Besides your handlebars and pedals, your saddle is one of the three points of contact between you and your bike. And after dozens of kilometres, that saddle can start to hurt considerably. Unless you make sure you’re wearing a good pair of cycling shorts and then it’s goodbye saddle sores!
You can choose between a fitted model with chamois (good for aerodynamics on the tarmac) or a loose pair with inner chamoisshorts (for those who like to slalom through the woods). A good chamois wicks away your sweat well and prevents friction so you’re just as comfortable after hours in the saddle as you were at the start!
