How does our repair service work?
Step 1
Drop by your nearest A.S.Adventure store.
One of our employees will help you and give you an estimate for the repair.
Step 2
We will ensure your clothing or gear ends up in the repair workshop as quickly as possible, and it will be looked after with care.
If your item is ready, you will receive an email from us with the good news.
Step 3
Come pick it up at the same store and get ready for a new adventure!
You only have to pay when you collect your repaired item.
Important
A repair is not always invisible. For example, we don't always have every type of shoe sole in stock. The same thing goes for zippers and fabrics; we might not have the ideal colour in stock. In that case, we'll be using the best possible alternative.
We do always keep the technical properties of your item in mind, and it's our guarantee that these will remain intact. Every repair is done with the utmost care.
