How does our repair service work?

Step 1

Visit your nearest A.S.Adventure store.

A staff member will help you and give you an estimate of the price.

Step 2

We’ll get your gear into our workshop as soon as possible.

Once everything is ready, you will receive an email from us.

Step 3

Come pick up your gear at the same store and get ready for a new adventure!

You only have to pay upon pick-up.

Important

A repair is not always invisible. For example, we don't always have every type of shoe sole in stock. The same thing goes for zippers and fabrics; we might not have the ideal colour in stock. In that case, we'll be using the best possible alternative.

We do always keep the technical properties of your item in mind, and it's our guarantee that these will remain intact. Every repair is done with the utmost care.
