A great and really solid product
- This cast iron griddle pan is really well made and has a large solid feel to it. The handles on both sides are very nicely placed apart and pan itself is large enough to full cover two burners on a typical stove. One side the pan is flat and other side is griddle giving you lots cooking options. Since pan is cast iron itself is really versatile in that it can used on stoves, barbecue's, in oven and even open fires. The product is extremely good and I'd highly recommend it.
- Can be challenge to clean as the pan is rather heavy to lift - buts cast iron for you so its be to expected.
