Product information

The Dryzzle Trousers are back. This season they’re made using FUTURELIGHT - a customisable breathable-waterproof fabric. It’s engineered using nano-spinning technology that adds air permeability to a waterproof membrane for the first time. This makes the re-engineered Dryzzle Trousers a go-to three-layer protective shell on active adventures in wet and windy conditions. On top of this, they're made from recycled polyester and impregnated with a non-PFC durable water repellent, so it has excellent sustainability credentials, too. They feature a stretch-knit backer that, unlike other shells, doesn’t feel cool on bare skin. Full-length zips make light work of taking them on and off over boots and a base layer. Reinforced patches at the hem offer extra protection from scrapes with rock (or even your hiking boots). Pair them with the Dryzzle FUTURELIGHT Jacket for ultimate wet-weather protection while hiking.

Washing waterproof garments

Always review the jacket labels before washing for specific washing instructions. We recommend that you wash your waterproof jacket with a technical detergent on a regular basis. This prevents damage to the waterproof layer. Rise it out well so that there are no soap residues. Never use fabric softener.

Impregnating waterproof garments

When you impregnate your jacket, it is a good idea to put it in the dryer after washing it. This reactivates the water repellent layer on the outside. After several washes, the outside of your garment will absorb moisture. The jacket will become heavy and feel cold and clammy. When that happens, it is time to impregnate the jacket. Use a product made for the washing machine or choose a spray.
