Great backpack, period.
Not necessary disadvantages, rather personal preferences:
Top/front compartment is a little on the too large side
Compartment of sunglasses could be next to the top handle for better protection/convenience
Not too good for road biking because the frame pushes against the neck
Smaller notebook compartment would suffice
