You can go to the Bike Ateliers for major and minor repairs. If you want a full maintenance service, choose one of our service packages. Our specialists will give your bike a thorough check-up. You can be sure that afterwards, everything will be well oiled! 
We also offer special rates to Explore More Members on our service packages.

9. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:

Checking and testing

 

Professional check-up

Recommended: every 12 to 18 months

(Price including specifications for replacement or repair of parts if any, excluding parts and collection/delivery)

New oil in hydraulic brake system and airing

Changing cables

2. GEARS:

Checking of the gear mechanism and cables

Adjusting the front and rear gear

Changing the cables if necessary

3. TYRES:

Checking for wear and tear or cracks

Checking the tyre pressure and adjusting the same if necessary

4. WHEELS:

Hubs and rims + rim tape will be checked for damage and wear and tear

Dismantling, cleaning, lubricating and assembling the hubs

Checking the bearings for play, or tensioning/ replacing the same if required

Centering the wheels and checking the spoke tension

5. DRIVE:

Checking for the optimal operation of the bottom bracket, chain and chain set

Adjusting, degreasing and lubricating the bottom bracket, chain and chain set

Installing new cables

6. FRAME + FORK:

Checking the screw thread

Inspecting and cleaning the frame

Checking whether the fork is working properly

7. HEADSET (STEERING HEAD):

Dismantling, cleaning, lubricating and tensioning

8. BOTTOM BRACKET BEARINGS:

Dismantling, cleaning, lubricating and assembling

Replacing the same if necessary

9. BOLTS:

Tightening and checking for correct tightening torque

10. PEDALS:

Checking + lubricating the screw threads

Is your bike due for servicing, but it is not possible for you to bring it in during our working hours at one of our Bike Stores? No problem!  From now on, our Bike Store will come to you. Thanks to our new Service Home Pick-up*, every cyclist can have their bikes collected, repaired, and delivered. At home, at work or somewhere else, that’s up to you. Convenient, isn’t it?

 

Service Home Pick-up is only offered in Belgium.
