Click & Collect: order online, pick up in-store

Don’t like waiting for your package to be delivered? Do you prefer to pick it up yourself? You can do that for free in one of our stores. Convenient, quick, and the postal carrier is grateful.

By the way, did you know that you can pick up your order just a few hours after placing it? Use the ‘View store stock’ button on the product page(s) to see if your product is in stock at the store with your collection point.

When completing your order, choose the nearest store in your area. Maybe you can even turn it into a healthy walk or bike ride!

This makes Click & Collect the ideal solution if you want to be sure that you receive your order on time. This is not only useful for gifts, but also if you simply can’t wait to go out in your new outfit or use your new gear.

How exactly does Click & Collect work?

You order what you want in the webshop. Checkout is also done online, but you choose ‘Pick up in a store’ during the shipping step.

 

All the steps in a row:

1. Add your product(s) to your online shopping basket.

2. At the shipping step, choose ‘Collect in a store’ and choose the store where you want to pick up your product(s).

3. Pay for your order online.

4. You will receive a confirmation of your purchase by email.

5. As soon as (part of) your order is ready in the store, you will receive an email notification.

6. Pick up your product(s) in the store you have chosen. Our team will bring your package outside. Enjoy!

7. Is your order not to your liking? No problem! You can return the product for free (temporarily) by post (there’s a return label in your parcel). You cannot return products in the store for the moment. You're also able to return your order in our stores since they are reopened.

Which stores offer Click & Collect?

You can collect your online order in all of our stores during regular opening hours. Some stores will be exceptionally open on Sunday.
