You can return the items by post, or take them to a A.S.Adventure Store of your choice. If you return (part of) your order to the store, you do not have to fill in a return form. You will no longer have to keep the shipping box either.
If you prefer to return by post, fill in the return form (this is included in the box with every order, but you can download it from your online account as well), and put it back in the box with the item you want to return. Make sure it is securely closed, and then stick on the return sticker (that you receive from us for free). You will receive a track & trace number or a confirmation of the shipment at the post office or pick-up point. Be sure to keep a record of this until your return has been processed.
Also update your return in the Klarna app by clicking on “I have returned products”. This way, the payment will be paused and you don’t have to worry about the payment while A.S.Adventure processes your return shipment. Once this has been done, the invoice will be adjusted (if you only returned part of your order) or cancelled (if you returned your entire order). You will also receive an update by email, so you only pay for what you keep. You can check the status of your invoice at any time in the Klarna app.
