Payment options
Can I pay when I receive my package?
Payments must be made in full, in advance and online. You cannot pay during or after delivery of your package. Even if you want your order to be delivered to one of our stores, you must still pay in advance. An order cannot be placed without payment.
Can I pay online with eco cheques?
No, you can only pay with eco cheques in an A.S.Adventure store. This isn't possible in the webshop. You can find more information here.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
You cannot pay by bank transfer via the webshop. It's also not possible to pay afterwards, once you have received your order. Payments always have to be made in advance online.
How can I pay for my order?
There are different ways to pay for order. All payment methods are free of charge and completely safe. The different payment methods are:

Gift vouchers
How do I use my gift voucher online?
You can add a gift voucher as a method of payment in the summary of your shopping basket. You can enter the barcode and the web code under "Do you have a gift voucher or promotional code?". This will be deducted from the total amount due. You can also enter your gift voucher in the last step of the order process under “payment method”.
Please note: only gift vouchers that have a 3-digit web code under the barcode can be used online. If you have a gift voucher without a web code, you can redeem it in one of the A.S.Adventure stores.
Can I receive an invoice for my online purchase?
Companies can receive an invoice for every online purchase. You must create an account in advance. Once you enter your company's details (i.e. company name and VAT number), our system will automatically include an invoice in the package.
If the order has already been sent, we can make an invoice manually. This can take up to 5 weeks. Please contact the A.S.Adventure team via team@asadventure.com to request this.
I ordered a digital gift voucher but I have not received it yet. What should I do?
Perhaps the e-mail landed in your junk or spam mailbox. Please check this first. Often customers make small typing errors in their e-mail address and the voucher cannot be sent to them. Please check your e-mail address online in your account.
If you haven't received the gift voucher, you can contact A.S.Adventure Customer Service via team@asadventure.com. We will investigate as quickly as possible why you haven't received your voucher yet.
What if the value of my gift voucher exceeds the value of my order?
A gift voucher can only be used online once. A gift voucher that is used for a purchase in the webshop can no longer be used in a local A.S.Adventure store or for another purchase in the webshop. You must use the entire amount of your gift voucher for a single order in the webshop.
It is possible to use your gift voucher for several purchases at the checkout of an A.S.Adventure store. In that case you will receive a voucher for the remaining amount. The remaining amount will expire if you purchase online. We cannot give you a voucher or a refund for this
I paid for my order with A.S.Adventure gift vouchers. Will I receive a new voucher if I return an item?
Yes, we will sent you a new gift voucher that you can use for an online purchase of for a purchase in one of our stores.
I paid for my order with A.S.Adventure gift vouchers. What happens to my gift voucher if my order is cancelled?
If we have to cancel your order, you will receive a new Giftvoucher as refund from us.
Safety
When making an online payment I am directed to my bank's website. Is this correct?
Most banks have their own payment terminals. You will be directed to your bank's website when you pay online. You can confirm and complete the payment by using your card reader and following the online instructions.
I am trying to pay online but I always get an error message. What should I do?
All transactions using credit and debit cards are subject to verification and the authorisation by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorise your payment, we cannot be held liable for delivery delays or non-delivery of your order. Orders without valid payment in the name of the registered card holder will not be accepted or processed.
In the event of a repeated error message, please contact the A.S.Adventure Support Team and send them a print screen of the error message. We will try to help you as quickly as possible.
Is it safe to pay through the webshop?
We do all we can to protect your safety when you use our online webshop. We use SSL technology (secure socket layer) to secure your data during all purchase transactions with us. All information you provide is fully encrypted so third parties cannot read it.
