How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for an order with:
- Bancontact/ MisterCash
- Credit card: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal
- KBC Online, ING Homepay, Belfius Direct Net
- A.S.Adventure gift voucher
All payment methods are free of charge and 100% safe.
Can I pay online with eco cheques or other type of cheques?
No, you can only pay with eco cheques, Cadeau pass/Cadeaucheque or Ticket Compliments in an A.S.Adventure store. This isn't possible in the webshop. You can find more information on eco cheques here:
Can I pay by bank transfer?
It’s not possible to pay by bank transfer via the webshop. Payment must be made when you place your online order using an online payment method.
Can I receive an invoice for my online purchase?
Companies can receive an invoice for every online purchase. Companies must create an account in advance. As soon as you enter the details of your company you will receive, under the delivery options, the possibility to request an invoice.
When an order is sent, you can request an invoice afterwards via email@example.com. Please take into account that you will only receive the invoice after approximately two weeks.
How do I use my gift voucher online?
Enter the bar code of your gift voucher in your shopping basket and confirm the code. When completing your order, you can also choose a gift voucher as a payment method. Click on ‘Do you have a gift voucher or discount code?’ then enter the bar code and web code of your gift voucher. This will be deducted from the total amount due. Please note: only gift vouchers that have a 3-digit web code under the bar code can be used online. If you have a gift voucher without a web code, you can redeem it in one of the A.S.Adventure stores.
Can I use multiple gift vouchers for one order?
You can use more than one gift voucher for one order. Click on ‘Do you have a gift voucher or discount code?’ once again. Repeat this step until you have added all gift vouchers.
Can I pay when I receive my package?
The order must be paid in full when completing the order. Even if you want your order to be delivered to one of our stores, you must still pay in advance.
I ordered a digital gift voucher, but I have not received it yet. What should I do?
Check whether the e-mail was put in your spam mailbox. Sometimes customers make small typing errors in their e-mail address and the voucher cannot be sent to them. Check whether the e-mail address was spelled correctly in your online account.

What if the value of my gift voucher exceeds the value of my order?
Do you have a gift voucher? You can use the remaining value on the gift voucher the next time. The full value of all other types of gift vouchers must be used at once. If you are not sure which type of gift voucher you have, you can enter the bar code and web code in your shopping basket. If you must use the gift voucher all at once, you will see a notification in your shopping basket.
It is possible to use your gift voucher for several purchases at the checkout of an A.S.Adventure store. In that case, you will receive a voucher for the remaining amount.
I paid for my order with A.S.Adventure gift vouchers. Will I receive a new voucher if I return an item?
If you return items that you ordered online, we will not send you a new gift voucher. We will refund the amount. Don't forget to enter your bank account number correctly on the return form.
Do you want to return items in the store? In that case, you will receive a voucher for the returned item.
I paid for my order with A.S.Adventure gift vouchers. What happens to my gift voucher if my order is cancelled?
If we have to cancel your order, you will receive a refund from us. We will ask for your bank account number so we can pay you back as quickly as possible.
When making an online payment, I am directed to my bank's website. Is this correct?
Most banks have their own payment terminals. You will be directed to your bank's website when you pay online. You can confirm and complete the payment by using your card reader and following the online instructions.
I am trying to pay online, but I always get an error message. What should I do?
All transactions using credit and debit cards are subject to verification and the authorisation by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorise your payment, we cannot be held liable for any delays or cancellations. Orders without valid payment in the name of the registered cardholder will not be accepted or processed.
If you continue to receive an error message, please contact our customer service employees via email@example.com. If you send us a print screen of the error message, we will try to help you as quickly as possible.
Is it safe to pay through the webshop?
We want to protect your security when you use our online store. We use SSL technology (secure socket layer) to secure your data during all purchase transactions with us. All information you provide is fully encrypted so third parties cannot read it.
