How do I place a product in my basket?
Were you able to make a choice? Good! On the product page, select the correct size and colour then click on the orange ‘add to basket’ button.
How do I log in?
Click on ‘Account’ on the left side of the page. You can log in with your e-mail address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password via ‘Forgot password?’. A link will be sent to your e-mail address. When you click on the link, you'll be diverted to a page on our website. You can enter a new password and confirm it. The words 'your password change was successful' will appear and you'll be returned to our homepage.
How do I search for an item quickly?
There are different ways to search for an item online. You can enter the item in the search bar on the left side of the page. You can search by item name, brand or product code.
You can also search for an item via the brand. You click on 'Brands' on the left side of the page and look for the brand in the alphabetical list. You'll get an overview with all the products from that brand. Depending on what you're looking for, you can specify further by filtering the overview.
You can also use the ‘Products’ button on the left side of the page. Items are broken down into product groups: women, men, junior, travel & camping, cycling & running, beachwear and gifts & gadgets. This enables you to search through the full offerings of a specific type of product. At the top of the page you can refine your search in a category by using filters. For example, you can filter by colour, size and price.
How can I pay for my order?
When ordering an item, the last step is choosing your method of payment. Enter all the information and click on the ‘pay now’ button. You will be diverted to your bank's payment website. This is where you will confirm and execute the payment. Your order will be placed with us when your payment is complete.
You can pay with:
- Visa and MasterCard
- Maestro and Bancontact/Mister Cash
- KBC Online/CBC Online, ING Homepay, Belfius Direct Net and iDeal (the Netherlands)
- A.S. Adventure gift vouchers with a barcode and a web code
When is my order placed? Can I follow my order?
You'll see a confirmation screen and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address that's linked to your account. It will contain a summary of your order and your order number. You will receive this e-mail within 30 minutes.

You will be informed of the status of your order via e-mail. If your order is experiencing delays, you will be informed via e-mail.
Is an item in stock?
Can the item be ordered online? Then, in principle, it's in stock at A.S. Adventure or at one of our suppliers.
We strive to provide correct information about supplies and the delivery date of our products. Although this rarely happens with regular products, in busy periods there can be minute differences between the actual and the listed quantity of products in stock. This can influence the delivery date and, in the worst case, lead to the cancellation of one or more products in your order.
What is the delivery period of a product?
On the details page of a product you'll find an indication of the delivery period for that specific product in a certain size and colour:
- Next day delivery: The product is available in our webshop and can be shipped immediately. If you place the order before 7.30 PM, it will be delivered (in Belgium) the next working day.
- Deliverable in 3-5 working days: This product is available in an A.S. Adventure store and will be sent to the webshop; from there it will be shipped to you.
- 4-8 working days or longer: The product is not in stock in our webshop or in one of our A.S. Adventure Stores. We will order the item directly from the supplier for you.
Please note: these delivery periods are only valid for deliveries in Belgium. Deliveries outside Belgium can take a few more working days. The expected delivery period will always be mentioned in your basket and in your confirmation e-mail.
The delivery period has elapsed and I have not received my package. What should I do?
If a product cannot be delivered within the stated period, we do our best to inform our clients of the delay and to mention when the products will probably be delivered. We strive to limit delays whenever possible.

Is the item in stock at an A.S.Adventure store in my area?
Select the size and colour of the product you are interested in viewing at your A.S. Adventure store and click on the “More stores” button. You'll find this green button under the orange ‘Add to basket’ button. You enter your postcode or city and get a summary of the stores nearest you. The item is only in the store if the summary says ‘in stock’.
Please note: we cannot guarantee the availability of products in our stores. If you want to be sure, it's best to contact the store.
Does the price on the website include VAT and any compulsory recycling charges?
All prices are in Euros, include VAT and a compulsory recycling charge for electronic equipment. All prices can change without prior notice.
How do I redeem my discount or gift voucher?
When you have finished shopping, click on ‘Go to basket’. Now click on ‘Do you have a gift voucher or promotional code?’. Enter the barcode and the web code. The amount will be deducted from your total. If you decide not to complete the order, don't forget to remove the promotional code from your basket by clicking on the X. That way you'll be able to use it later.
Can I have a package sent to an address outside Belgium?
A.S. Adventure delivers to all countries in the European Union. You can expect to receive your order within the time frame displayed online. For shipments outside Belgium, you should count a few extra working days.
What are the shipping costs in Belgium or Luxembourg?
All orders above €30 sent to Belgium or Luxembourg are delivered free of charge. We will charge €2.95 for orders under €30. All shipping costs can change without prior notice. Click & Collect orders are delivered free of charge.
What are the shipping costs for the Netherlands, France and Great Britain?
We will charge €4.95 for orders under €30. Orders above €30 will be delivered free of charge. All shipping costs can change without prior notice.
What are the shipping costs for the rest of Europe (only the European Union)?
We charge a reduced fee of €4.95 for deliveries to the rest of Europe for orders above €30. We will charge €9.95 for orders under €30. All shipping costs can change without prior notice.
I live outside the European Union. Can I place an order with A.S.Adventure?
We only ship packages inside the European Union. Therefore, you can only place an order if the shipping address is within this area and if you order from an IP address within the European Union.
Can I cancel my order after confirming it?
I have confirmed, but I have not paid yet
An order is only final once you have paid in full. At this time we still have not received any information about your order and you can cancel the order by closing or emptying the shopping basket.
I have confirmed and paid
Once payment has been made, your order will be placed with us. At this point your order can only be cancelled by A.S.Adventure Customer Service. You can contact them via email@example.com.
Please note: we cannot cancel the order once your package has been sent. If you don't want to receive the package, you can refuse the delivery by bpost or after receiving your order, you can return the items or bring them to an A.S. Adventure store.
Can I change my order after confirming it?
I have confirmed, but I have not paid yet
An order is only final once you have paid in full. At this time we have not yet received any information about your order and you can still make changes. You can remove or add products to your basket. After making changes, check the delivery address and the contents of the basket once again.
I have confirmed and paid
Once payment has been made, your order will be placed with us. We can still change your delivery address if you chose to have your order shipped to your home. Please note that this is only possible up until the moment your package leaves our warehouse. After shipment we cannot change the address.
For other changes (e.g. a different size or colour) you can contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will discuss what we can do for you. The same rule applies here: we cannot make any changes if the package has already been sent.
My order was cancelled by A.S.Adventure. Why?
We offer our products on our website until stocks are exhausted. Sometimes items sell out, especially discounted items, and we have to cancel your order. The colour and size of items are updated instantly.
Items are reserved in your basket for 15 minutes so that you can complete your order. After 15 minutes these items are made available for other customers.
Unfortunately, we can only report whether the ordered product can be delivered when we process your order in the warehouse. If an item is no longer in stock, we will inform you as quickly as possible. You will be refunded within 14 days.
A.S. Adventure cannot be held liable for damages arising from an item being out of stock.
